Parenting is undeniably challenging, whether you find yourself in the perinatal period (encompassing preconception, pregnancy, and the first 12 months postpartum) or well beyond it. It's important to recognize that you are not alone in facing these difficulties.

    My Story

Early in my career, perinatal mental health came into my focus, and I quickly realized the alarming lack of support available to individuals struggling in this area. While progress has been made in subsequent years, it remains an underserved and critical concern. I made a deliberate choice to specialize in perinatal mental health. My passion lies in providing essential mental health treatment and support to mothers and birthing individuals during this vulnerable period. I firmly believe that no one should have to face these challenges alone.

Within the realm of Maternal Mental Health, I offer support to clients addressing a wide range of concerns, which include:

    • Depression/Anxiety in pregnancy and postpartum

    • Birth trauma

    • Pregnancy loss

    • Trying to conceive and infertility

    • Mom stress and burnout

    • Postpartum rage

    • Body image

    • Grieving parents

    • Coping with infants death

    • Domestic abuse and survivors of abusive relationships
