As a certified perinatal mental health counselor, I provide a safe and compassionate environment to assess and manage women's mental health needs during pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond. I can help validate your feelings while helping you recognize that mental health struggles and conflicting emotions about motherhood are totally normal
